Topic: Important Message for DN members

Dear DN.ca members:

It is with great sadness that I have come here today to post a message to you on behalf of the founder of DN.ca, Frank Mardian aka Maple Dots. Earlier this afternoon I received a message from Frank containing the heart breaking news that his father passed today, Friday, April 2, 2021.

Naturally, Frank is devastated by the loss of his father and will be unable to attend to the day to day issues that go along with running a forum for the next short while. In the meantime I would ask that any urgent requests wth respect to the forum and its operation be sent to me. I will check in daily.

I know that you will all join me in expressing our heart felt condolences to Frank and his family and I ask each and everyone of you to keep them and his father in you're thoughts and prayers as you celebrate Easter Sunday with your family this year.

May God bless and watch over Frank and his father

Our sympathies to Frank. I can understand how difficult it must be for Frank. Hope you will find the strength. It is saddening indeed. Please accept my condolences Frank. Our thoughts are with you.

Sincere condolences to you and your family Frank. Keep on keepin’ on my friend.

Real character is doing the right thing when nobody is watching.;)
Be sure brain is engaged before putting keyboard in gear.

Hello everyone

A little update...

I watched my father die and it was a horrifying experience, I am trying to sort things out and comfort my mother at the same time. My dad was not quite able to make proper decisions and decided to shred every bit of paperwork in the house. I have so many appointments that I do not know where to start.

I am sorry I cannot post here, I see it is pretty quiet without me but I will be back soon to liven things up.

Until then, from the bottom of my heart I thank you all for your kind and generous words.

I am very truly sorry for your loss.

When I lost my dad it cost me 2 years of my life as I developed anxiety.

Thank you everyone, been a tough week but am back at work now and will be back at posting as well.

My main concern was my mother and she seems to be doing ok now so I am back at work as of tomorrow (Monday).

I so appreciate all the well wishes and a special shoutout to my friend Dan Cera aka @DomainTrader. He has been so supportive and in constant contact with me. I am so blessed to have friends within the domaining industry and I thank each and every one of you.
