Especially since it’s been legal here in Ontario for since early April, 2022.
Not sure if it’s legal in other provinces or not.

It's pretty much a grey market where Canadians play on casinos that hold offshore licenses (e.g., Malta, Curacao). Alberta is planning to adopt a model similar to Ontario, and license online casinos through the AGLC. I expect all provinces will eventually adopt their own iGaming license.
