3 legally binding contracts on sedo in the last year and no consequences for non payment. I think the only one protected by the contract is Sedo themselves because everything else isn't woth the paper it's written on.

I know that some sellers (from Germany) had instances where they were successful in enforcing the contract or getting some sort of penalty out of the non-paying buyer. So at least I know that Sedo does provide more data about the buyer in some cases.
