When I receive the offer I will negotiate with the client using the OFFER form.
Once a price has been negotiated I issue a bill of sale but require the PURCHASE form to be filled out.
Anyone selling a true premium without having that information risks leaving money on the table if a big corporation comes calling.

So are you saying you'll renege on the negotiated price once you find out it's a big corporation?
I ask for the second form as part of the negotiation on a premium domain.
