WHC locks up cPanel (4.Viewing)

I can confirm I am locked out but all systems are functioning.

Patch is now deployed on 95%+ of systems and those systems have now had their cPanel/WHM accesses reinstated. For those on cPanel hosting providers without rapid proactive management, please upgrade your servers’ cPanel version ASAP as this exploit is in the wild.
