So the CDRP was dismissed because there is an ongoing court case?
I'm wondering why one would want to go to all that trouble when you could simply register a new name like nttrouble.ca or similar to totally skirt the trademark issue while still informing of any issues you may have.

nwtassembly.ca was registered before the Legislative Assembly of the Northwest Territories had any rights in ntassembly.ca under the Trademarks Act. Which males this a clear case of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking (RDNH) - and I'm hoping that the Court will agree.So the CDRP was dismissed because there is an ongoing court case?
