It’s most definitely undersold.
The problem with these one word .ca’s selling at Sedo for so cheap, it can be picked up by potential buyers of other .ca’s and they could try and use it for their advantage.
I will be the first to admit that I have sold some .ca’s years ago below retail value but it would never be disclosed.

it’s easy to find low and high comparables in past .ca sales, in the end it’s how much the buyer is willing to pay for what the domain can do for them, and if the seller is able to negotiate to that. I’m curious what Rink will get used for
