MapleLegends.com UDRP: Korean gaming giant Nexon wins fan-server domain (1.Viewing)

MAPLE may sound like it belongs on a Canadian flag, but the gaming trademark at issue here belongs to NEXON Korea Corporation, joined by its US affiliate NEXON America Inc. The companies filed a UDRP against MapleLegends.com, owned by Edward Jiang of Kansas, over a domain used for what appeared to be an unauthorized private MAPLESTORY server.
