form is too generic, what form? Go for a name that represents the action. Personally I think these choices would have been more intuitive:

contact.dn.ca
transfer.dn.ca

I just never remember the ones you've chosen so I typically just go to cira to find them. It would be nice if CIRA didn't bury this stuff on their own websites.

Yeah I get that

Contact Form - I used form because its shorter but I can change it

Transfer Code - I used Code because its shorter as well

Also keep in mind the red boxes on the main page are clickable

intuitive beats short, but, I'm just one opinion. ask around before you change anything!

I have changed the following on the main page...

form.dn.ca to message.dn.ca

code.dn.ca to transfer.dn.ca

The old ones code.dn.ca and form.dn.ca were also left active so that if anyone types in the wrong one they still get to the destination.

@rlm - I cannot use contact.dn.ca for obvious reasons, given that could be reserved for a board address in the future. However CIRA refers to it as message from as well.
