Instead of picking some random domains, I'll showcase my plant based and vegan domains.
Started picking these up a few years ago after watching that documentary movie What the Health.
The plant based food industry has really been growing the last few years.

.ca

plantbased
plantbasedmeat
plantbasedfood
plantbasedfoods
plantbasedprotein
plantprotein
plantfood

veganmeat
veganfood
veganburger
veganrestaurant
vegancafe
veganmilk
veganicecream

I think I pretty much have the top names cornered in this area, or at least most of the terms you commonly hear in these categories. Mostly got through tbr.

On the con side, you could make the argument that some of these are "too generic" and it's better for a company to have a brand name.

They really are some of the top names in the category and although as you say possibly too generic, I believe they still have strong resale end user value as category EMD’s either individually or as a group.
Nice work collecting these.

In my opinion VeganBurger is one of your best on the list.

As far as being in a specific niche, I know a fair bit about niche domains and will post about that soon.

I agree with maple, VeganBurger probably has the most value but PlantBased has the most uses.

Some really good domains there @domains

*rapeseed.ca* pending a sale. Slowest negotiator I ever met. He wants rapeseedoil.ca too for same price, coming from Alberta, where rapeseed is huge business, I am not keen on giving them away.

Did you sell it through Dan.com
Just wondering how smooth the .ca ownership transfer process is with them.

Its broker outside dan. $4000 seprates us but I won't move. Dan is pretty good at transfers though but sales are thin through there. I list domains on there, just when i am about to give up on them, I list them on godaddy and they sell. infact, godaddy makes up more of my sales and I believe a joint afternic godaddy implentation was the best thing they ever did. People just tend to like doing business with godaddy. My only issue is that most of my big sales come with NDA's so godaddy only reports a small fraction of the aftermakerk sales.

If you have a price for rapeseed.ca, wouldn't it be good to sell rapeseedoil.ca for the same price? I'd assume the shorter domain would be more valuable?

I hope you are getting close to your asking price on the Dan lander, that would be a nice sale.

Wow. Wisdom of the crowd. You just caught that so thank you. Someone on my side made a no no. 2 related industries. One would use the crop or havest domain and the other would use the oil domain. But both large industries. Fixed. Thank you.

It's underneath the User Profile on the left.

lol, you're not the first to wonder that! I wouldn't mind having the "like" as well as other options like "thanks/agree/disagree/dislike" as well, all placed in a more logical place (below the actual post).

The forum software does not have a like feature so the one I installed was pretty custom. There is only one line for the links under each post and I cannot fill it up with the link itself because the like users go into that field. So my only option was to have it under the user info. I know, it is not ideal but it will have to do for now.

I will add other options eventually but I have a few other things planned first and today it was putting spammer controls into place.

Yes, the vermin control definitely takes priority over everything else.

Food giant Heinz has launched vegan alternatives to its iconic mayonnaise and salad cream.

Whoever owns the most vegan or plant based domains will make the money in this category. With meatless products and the population explosion we're only at the beginning of the plant based revolution.

I actually sold VeganShampoo.com for over >$1000 USD in 2017 :) Seems that the buyer let it go and now it's with Hugedomains for $13k. I believe it was a handreg.
