VPNTech.ca announces rebrand to new name before securing the exact match domain:

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 26, 2023) - VPN Technologies Inc. (CSE: VPN) (OTCQB: DVPNF) (FSE: 6GQ1) ("VPN Technologies", or the "Company"), announces that it intends to change its name to "Energy Plug Technologies Corp." to better represent the Company's software development capabilities. The Company's ticker symbol on the Canadian Securities Exchange will change to "PLUG" and the ticker symbols on the OTCQB and Frankfurt Stock Exchange will remain the same. Additionally, there will be no changes to the Company's capital structure.
