The seller didn't break it down any further. I would guess that even the contract didn't break it down, but had it as one price for the group of domain names.
It shows the sad state of the .CA and .US markets!
Not sure if I would call $536k sale a sad state.
If you break it down to half at $268k for shop.ca it would still be a nice sale.

With Shopify’s headquarters in Ottawa, I’m fairly certain that they know the value of a .ca so I believe that at a BARE minimum, shop.ca sold for $268K. I honestly believe much more.
Is .us a widely used extension? I don’t recall seeing it recently as I believe Americans prefer .com. Canadians prefer .ca.
