Not my domain, but I know the owner. He hand-registered this domain 23 years ago. With his permission I am posting here.
He's considering selling the domain and will entertain serious offers. Realistically, offers will probably need to be end-user or 'retail' level to motivate him to sell. He's no dummy, has done work in the domain biz, and is aware of what some short one-word .CA domains have sold for over the years.
