I saw a commercial recently where at the end they overlayed the following text:
VISIT
{city}.com
where I own {city}.com and they own visit{city}.com. Its just as good, maybe even better, when they advertise on radio and you hear them say "visit {city}.com" when I know they mean "visit{city}.com". But its not like they're going to say visit Visit{city}.com because that just sounds stupid, lol.
I love when they do that, haha. I also see random businesses will advertise similarly with something like:
FLOORING
{city}.com
I guess they decide to print it in a large font, but then wrap the line into two lines because its too long.
VISIT

That's exactly what US.COM did something like 15 years ago.Whoever owns ca.com could start a new trend and sell subdomains
