I'll admit to at least one that would be there if it was reported - sold to a UK company - that sell Sporting Goods globally (y)

100%. It's unfortunate NameBio only has data for 39 .CA sales this year, but I understand buyers and sellers alike wanting to keep their transactions private.

At just over $44K, I’m surprised to see it listed for sale and not a site on there.

If I recall, I believe the new owner is/was a pilot and a member here but I forget his username.

For FY2024 (which for me ended Oct 31) my average .CA sales price was $9900 CAD pretax. It was a healthy mix of different types of domains, niche keywords, 1-word, 2-word, names, LLL, etc... The high was $60K, the low was around $2500 (twice) via dan where I priced cheapo domains I didn't care much about as an experiment (one on a $2.99 rebel promo reg, and one on a $20 tbr catch). Three sales were completed through escrow.com, two through dan, the rest paid me directly. I did turn down an $80K USD offer on a 1-word .CA in October... I know it was legit too, but I am holding out for more.
