➡️ I’ve talked about this for some time, but yesterday I finally ended my experiment with ATOM (@squadhelp).

I asked them to remove all my names. They have a 30-day lock-in, but then all of my 500+ Premiums will be removed and transferred to Afternic. With Afternic I have complete freedom of pricing, half commission rate, dedicated account manager to help me, fast-transfer system, etc. I know some people appear to have lots of success at ATOM, but that has not been my experience. I know a lot of others (with decent names) are also considering leaving/left/stopped submitting. This is not me being negative or giving-up, but this is business and the main data (sales and enquiries) tell me it is time to try something else. I have been transparent on my journey with ATOM, so I wanted to continue with my rationale and overall experience. This thread will walk through it.

Greetings: I tried to follow the link to the posting on X.com, but it says the post was removed. I am considering removing my 700 domains from Atom as I am not happy with the very buggy interface, the complicated listing procedure, and most importantly, the lack of results after one year. Is the post with your experience available anywhere? Kind regards.

Hello Elizabeth, welcome aboard.

Yes it appears the ORIGINAL poster has deleted that X post but whenever I suspect that may happen I quote or take a screenshot so you can still tell what the post was about.

As you can see you are not alone, Atom is overly complex and even the recent announcement of simplified landers does not address the complex listing procedure.

I tried them on a half dozen domains and thought similar, it just seemed kind of overwhelming.

I have to say SAW and DomainEasy have very straight forward listing procedures but DomainEasy probably makes it the easiest with the upload and download of the listings via CSV. In fact I maintain my list of domains there simply because I can edit the list and re-upload or re-download which also allows me to make changes via CamelCase.

So welcome aboard, it's nice to see you here.
