Won't hold my breath :p

In the words of Kevin Garnett after winning the 2008 NBA championship with Boston, “anything is possible”.

Can definitely see this price for a large company.

Best of luck! :)

there is a Pandora company that most people have probably heard of, they trade on Nasdaq, their market cap is $88 Billion. $1 million would be a rounding error for their business.

"Pandora is the world’s largest jewellery brand. The company designs, manufactures and markets hand-finished jewellery made from high-quality materials at accessible price points. Pandora jewellery is sold in more than 100 countries through 6,700 points of sale, including more than 2,600 concept stores.

Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Pandora employs 33,000 people worldwide and crafts its jewellery at three facilities in Thailand using only recycled silver and gold. Pandora is committed to leadership in sustainability and has set out to halve greenhouse gas emissions across its value chain by 2030. Pandora is listed on the Nasdaq Copenhagen stock exchange and generated revenue of DKK 28.1 billion (EUR 3.8 billion) in 2023."

Sure, but it's the pattern here that's the red flag, which is very common with hobos like this. No company is just going to bid $1M out of the blue and while that price is feasible, it would be a very long and protracted negotiation (involving lawyers and contracts) of possibly a year or more to hit 7-figures on a .CA.

I jokingly accepted the offer on Domain Easy and as is common on the platform the offer disappeared and went to their backend so I cannot do anything else.

I am 100% certain it is a random prank offer but I at least expected to hear something from DomainEasy, as in...

Your sale has gone to step 2 or something but instead there was nothing. I did not really expect anything but it does cause me some concern if I ever hit accept on a real sale and then there is radio silence with no updates.

At the very least one should get an email saying the offer/acceptance of the deal is being taken care of and click this link if you need to discuss any details with our support group.

I was about to congratulate you on an INCREDIBLE sale.

Hopefully it's not a prank.

AFAIK, no .ca's have been sold for $1M +

Please correct me if I am wrong.
