Can you explain to my why anyone would use this Landing Page? (1.Viewing)

- First, of all my add blocker completely blocks the page, you see nothing until you turn off the add blocker.

- Next, when you click get this domain you need to pay an exorbitant broker fee.

- Lastly, it suggests cheaper alternatives to the domain you are trying to sell.

- Then, lets not forget the insane commission


What am I missing?

I think so but it has so many barriers, who uses it and why?

Default nameservers on auction purchases and transfers.

I could well be wrong, but I think it is not that anyone chooses to use it, but rather it is the default GoDaddy applies to domain names that do not have DNS set to something else (e.g. in period after acquisition before they get around to using a name). It clearly might work for GoDaddy, they either could make occasional pennies from parking, or if someone pays the agent/broker fee secure that.
