Am I worried?

Absolutely not, I use Bitwarden and have a different password for every website so chances of anyone being able to breach my logins anywhere else are non existent.

Shows the importance of a good password manager.

It all depends on who gets hacked and if they get you at the source (like a bank or financial institution) you crap out of luck no matter how good your security is.

Both BMO and Desjardins got hacked bad and right after there was a wave of in-person hacks of people with fake IDs, bank account numbers, personal info, phone numbers, email, employment data, etc. showing up at banks pretending to be that person and stealing money like rats.

And that's not even counting the number of online account intrusions that occurred because the hackers got EVERYTHING.
