It might be good to create a payment plan agreement that details those points, that the buyer becomes the beneficial owner of the domain name upon receipt of first payment, including all rights, responsibilities, benefits and liabilities. The buyer guarantees full payment to seller as per terms of this agreement, regardless of the future disposition of the domain name. The seller will continue to hold the domain as collateral until the full payment obligations are met, at which time the domain will be transferred to the buyer, or to a party specified by the buyer.
