Noon, a popular ecommerce site in the United Arab Emirates, has lost a cybersquatting dispute it filed against the domain name noon.ae. (.Ae is the country code domain for the United Arab Emirates.)

I have a feeling it's gonna get expensive to hold on to the domain, a UDRP is only the beginning if someone is determined to get the domain back.
 
They would file UDRP than buy the domain:

According to the Complaint, the Complainant spent about EUR 90,000 each year on marketing and promotion of the trademark until the last three years. In the last three years, the annual expenditure has been around EUR 300,000.
