Question to members about .com (1.Viewing)

A few weeks ago we eliminated the .com and .other marketplaces.
Our reasoning for that is we were getting diluted with too many domains that were not related to Canada or the .ca extension.

The question for members is?

Should we add a .com Market section that is meant for Canadian flavoured .com domains?

ie:

• CanadianPoutine.com
• CanadianRed.com
• MapleOne.com
• 411Canada.com
• LiberalPartySucks.com
• OntarioPlaceSpa.com

Just looking if anyone thinks this would be an enhancement or distraction from the board.

Feedback please...

If you were to add it, there would need to be no restrictions.

So many of the .com domains will fit in this category.

They are doing it in the UK with UK flavoured domains only, it would be tricky to implement but with a clear set of guideline/keywords it could work.

Keywords

Canada
Maple
Province Names
City Names
Etc

Clear tie to Canada.

e.g. your Waterloo.com obviously is a Canadian city.
