Tucows retail division located in Toronto charged me in USD for years until I thought it was insane.
Bach then there was not a huge choice but now we have great Canadian registrar's and there is no need to put up with that.
Personally I think Rebel needs to do better.

Exactly (my headslap was towards Rebel) - they have a .CA sale and can't even get the currency right.
And if they wanted the price to be $3.99 CAD then just say $3.99 CAD, don't screw around with USD.
