Now that the BIG SALE is over, seems like this week is a "keep it simple" week.
With the AI mania over, it's all about debt, debt, debt this week.
Very much close to home. Many of us can relate to that.

I sense either a) a legal threat being made through various registrars to "stay away" or b) the CIRA being contacted to delete this name from the TBR.
 
Wow, another feeding frenzy on mid-range domains with lots of money flying around again this week, which in this economy I just don't get. :oops:

But hey, more power to ya! I'm hardly starving but with Trudeau & Co. announcing additional and higher taxes today, I don't see anything getting better until the election, when hopefully PM Blackface gets booted to the curb before we drop to official 3rd world status to match our 3rd world economic indicators.

And anyone paying serious money for Bouclair.ca is insane, and this statement is based on lots of research. Sure it's a French word but I think they've sued everyone who attempts to use it out of existence. :p

I thought it meant Shield in English.

Ooops, I was wrong, that word is spelled bouclier. :whistle:
 
Yes, Bouclair is a big Canadian store which is why we're talking about the risks of going after the domain on the TBR.

I mistakenly thought it was also a word, but apparently I can't spell in French so it's 100% an enforceable TM.
 
Damn, there is a lot of crazy money flying around this week.

I just don't get it - I ran the numbers in my Domain Math Calculator and it blew up.

I am experiencing random email issues with WHC right now, and am intermittently not getting email. It's like a 50-50 chance I get the email, as I received one at 9:04 today, but missed another one at 11:55. Same thing yesterday, some I get and some I miss (cross-checking with Account Email on WHC.ca). Nothing in Spam or Junk folders.

I have created a ticket at WHC but I'm wondering if there are known email issues or if someone else has been experiencing this "one and off" scenario with WHC emails.

Not a known issue for me, but let me ask if it's one type of email that you don't receive vs. another one that you do?

Nope, the ones at 9:04 and 11:55 were both bids and this has been going on since late yesterday.

Nope and I think everyone knows about that issue. And again, it's a 50-50 scenario, where if WHC sends me 10 emails, I receive 5 of them, so it's not a block at the recipient level.

So it's bid confirmation emails? Do you know by any chance if you were outbid by a proxy bid in the case of the missing ones?
