Summer Sales Siesta Leaves Room for the TheRide.com to Rise to Top of the Chart

We're in the middle of summer now and it looks like all of the high end domain shoppers have gone to the beach. None of the verified sales reported over the past two weeks reached $40,000, leaving room on the upper reaches on our all extension Top 20 Sales Chart for low five figure sales to take a rare turn in the spotlight. The primary beneficiary was TheRide.com, a domain that was able to claim the top spot with a $38.150 sale at Sedo.

One word domains with the word THE in front can be quite in demand, I have mentioned this several times in the past and posted a number of examples.

TheRed.ca seems to be inactive now but there are lots of examples like TheRams.com or TheRays.com etc.
