We are now dedicated .CA (1.Viewing)

As of August 6, 2024 we have made the following changes...

1. We are now exclusive .CA
2. All namepost sections have been removed.
3. NamePost has been fully depreciated in favour of Free Listings
4. The .com and .other sections are removed.
5. Current links to .com and .other continue to work.
6. Premium Listings have their own section.
7. Premium Listings income will help support operational costs.
8. Lunch Room is renamed to "Off Topic"
9. News Room is renamed to "News & Feedback"
10. Boardroom has been eliminated due to lack of interest.
11. Catchdrop has not renewed their sponsorship and is removed.
12. Moving forward all commerce must be conducted in CAD.
13. Any listing requesting a different currency will be deleted.
14. DomainName.ca must appear in title of Sales Listing.

To add clarification for Sales Listings

The most valuable or featured domain name must be in the title with the extension but can be disguised like this: red(dot)ca

Anyone disguising the title in any other way will have it change to the above by an admin.

Why?

We have too many topics simply stating OVER or END.
The forum is here to record activity and sales data so moving forward the domain name will stay present in the title but the owner of the topic may remove the sales data from inside to topic. Please do not request removal of the topic and instead consider adding sold for xxx.xx or similar.

There are enough other Domain Name forums out there so we have decided to focus on what we do best and that is .CA so moving forward any listing that is not a .ca will be removed.

Reading that title, first thing I thought you changed the name of the forum to Dedicated.ca

It's gotten cleaner, clearer and with laser focus on .CA — a welcome change.

PS: Is it me or the title/header has gotten slightly bigger, too?

Looks much better.

The cleanup of the forum continues and you will notice minor changes daily as I focus on making the interface cleaner and less cluttered.

namepost.ca now resolves to dn.ca/market which can also be reached at market.dn.ca

The phaseout of namepost is now complete.

namepost.com and namepost.xyz still resolves to current listings but are no longer visible on the main directory since we are .ca exclusive now.

Our Market is now called DNmarket

NamePost.ca has been renamed to Free Listings (no listings have been removed)

The NamePost.com & NamePost.xyz forums are now in the "Depreciated Forums" section.

You can respond in those sections but you cannot start a new topic.
