I have long chased this one, one of the best brandables, but was told 'not for sale' despite significant offers.

Nothing is more aggravating than that, I remember making an offer on a domain and following it up several times assuring the recipient it was a legitimate deal only to see the domain sell years later for significantly less.

The moronic part about that one is it took about 3 years and had the owner followed up with me I would still have been a player. Instead it was sold for significantly less just because the owner failed to keep proper records and follow up.

That was my first thought. And I think that's the name of the harbour and community he wants to build on Cayman Brac: Project Information | Port Zeus
