Have you received fewer inquiries with the mock site compared to a generic sales lander? Seems like a good way to weed out tire kickers.

I get 2-3 inquiries monthly or a dozen if I advertise it on twitter.

I'm currently looking at developing the site into a social network and have developers on it. My end purpose is to sell the domain with a working website but for significant funds.

To have the .com, the .org, and the .ca makes this a perfect BRANDED project.
