Thank you @rlm and @MapleDots for speaking your mind on my behalf and it makes good sense. The one point I agree the most with is the comment by @rlm is, with regards to the cost of entry. “Are they a good investment? Depends entirely on your entry price.” I suppose this makes absolute sense...

I would agree on that. Again, more the merrier they say but it has become near impossible to grab a deal these days and I appreciate the hard work we were able to put in years ago as it’s much beneficial to maintain that portfolio rather than building one in this market conditions.
