I know that some sellers (from Germany) had instances where they were successful in enforcing the contract or getting some sort of penalty out of the non-paying buyer. So at least I know that Sedo does provide more data about the buyer in some cases.

It happened elsewhere as this is normal part of the process that the votes are first counted at the polling stations... The votes are already counted before they get to the regional office. Also, as stated in the comments, the media doesn't decide who wins, they just decide when they have enough...

The video says "was supposed to work", the text says "was working". As far as I know votes are counted at the polling station (table) before they are sent to the regional office and the count is called in to the regional office. Then the votes are sealed and sent to the regional office.

Good point. I just had the tool do two back to back appraisals (in the same session) for txt.com, and the second valuation came out at $500k higher than the first.

I'm impressed too, and like the results. But for me this is too much text in many of the cases I tested. Plus, it looks like it's a pretty direct access to which ever AI is used in the backend, so it could get pretty expensive for Howard.

From what I caught, it was a ServerHold that took the domain offline. This hold is normally set by the registry and removes the name from the zonefiles.

Two years should be forced in the cart as the minimum registration term if I remember correctly.
