Me too, but the overall chart makes sense, as a lot of gTLDs/ccTLDs only sell at the very top-end of the scale (words, names, 2/3-character. etc.) while people hand-register all kinds of zany crap on .COM and then either drop them or blow then out cheap. All those zanies drop the average selling .COM price quite handily, while you simply cannot "blow out" junk ccTLD domains as there are no buyers.

No one is (hopefully) registering hundreds of fad domains like MetaXXXX or OrdinalXXX or XXXGPT on .IO, .CA or .XYZ as they will not sell.

I suspect .AI will show up strongly on that chart a year from now.
