Nice George, I am looking for a couple of phones for my kids so it looks like I will use this for those.

Thanks for sharing. Which Apple product did you get?
Did you have to wait 48 hours after verification email?

I actually had to wait more than 48 hours (it should have worked on Friday afternoon, 48 hours after my Wednesday afternoon registration, but it didn't actually work until Saturday at 8 am Toronto time). Fortunately, it eventually worked.

I got a Mac Mini (cheapest M1 version), plus a network switch and USB flash drives to put it over the $1000. (to get the entire $250 savings) One can spend less than $1,000, but it wouldn't be optimal to do so!

I actually wanted to wait for the updated Mac Mini (with M1X or M2 chip, to have more RAM, faster CPU, etc.), but I got tired of waiting, so I just went with the cheapest one to get my feet wet. I'll spend more on the next update, and relegate this purchase to secondary usage, in a different room of my house, etc.

My other option was to get a NAS device, but with Chia driving hard disk prices higher, I'll wait.

For the rebate, the item has to be sold by Amazon directly though, if I understand it correctly.

I still have a 2009 MacMini on my desk that I still used quite a bit until I added a new desktop PC last year. I had added memory to it, replaced the harddrive with an SSD and upgraded it to the latest MacOS with the help of a hack ;-)

I have yet to find an item where Amazon accepts this code. Also I never got the other code for $50 off I was supposed to get after signing up either.

Has it been more than 48 hours since you created the new business account? Here's what I bought:

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00A121WN6/

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B06XG9XP49/

Note it says (on the right hand side) "Ships from and sold by Amazon.ca." for all three items (the latter two were bought in order to use up the entire $250 savings, by spending more than $1000; I bought 2 flash drives).

One can add items to a cart, go through the checkout process, but then not actually do the purchase (even after adding the coupon code), to test things out.

Way more, yes, even though they keep on emailing me with the promotion. Guess I gotta contact their support. I made sure the items were shipped and sold by them.

Thanks George.

Good luck, Frank. I hope they sort out the problem, as it's definitely one of the best promos I've seen on RFD this year.
