I have sorted all the .ca's available on Flippa with the highest priced ones first.
One would assume those are the best domains but you need to judge that for yourself.

Seems like Wade Smith is listing most of the good .ca's on Flippa. I checked the recently sold .ca's and there were none. The only big .ca domain I recall selling on Flippa is Rate.ca for @$75k in 2019/2020
 
Also when you click on full profile for Wade and Uniregistry all the results say the account is closed.
 
I stopped using Flippa when they did a site update and suddenly my Minimum Offers all became BINs and I had to close down all my listings as people started "buying" them not understanding the mistake.

Personally I don't think it was a mistake (you'd have to be pretty freaking dumb to do something like that) and was just a calculated way of clearing out old no-profit domain listings in favor of paid-for listings.
