Been having that same issue for weeks now... have had to give up on the tool.
It works if you open an incognito tab, I think it may have something to do with being logged in.
Although I do get this every few tries even when not signed in.

Unfortunately our widget on the forum page is affected as well.

its been doing that for awhile. I haven't tried this yet, but you might want to try and clear the cookies - they may have made some tweaks where an old cookie is causing problems. So yeah, that's why an incognito/private window works.
