And the domains have to be at least Plus, right?
It should be either a Plus listing or Premium name.

Plus yes, Premium no.
Plus is basically paying a higher commission rate to get extra listing options (like this) while Premium includes notable promotional benefits along with the higher commission.

List your domains and add plus promotion. And Names will be selected automatically for sapphire and cctld.
