From what I can see they do a pretty decent job, I punched in a few .com's and it's about as accurate as an appraisal service can get considering.

yeah, those appraisals suck ass for true premium .ca domains, not bad for mediocre domains.
Yeah appraisals are on the low side. They don't have that much .ca sales data.
