It's just a data mining exercise to get customer info, otherwise why do they need all that info just to potentially select you to receive an ugly shirt? You're not picking sizing or anything else, so why are ALL the data fields required?

They could gather tens of thousands of people's personal info for nefarious use, and then mail out a few shirts to their relatives to satisfy the base requirements of the promotion.
