Not sure if you ever checked but RestInPeace.ca was handregged at GoDaddy.ca only ~20 days before your post.

According to a whois that is how it looks like and I have no explanation but I would have imagined I checked some of these domains over a year and didn't see it available so maybe there is another explanation.

I haven't sold too many 3 words, but when they have sold, it was typically for good money.
