I wonder how many people would go through Dan, and how many would contact the owner directly since he provided all his info. Surprising Dan allows this, though personally I think it's ok. I think an experienced buyer would probably contact the domain owner expecting to negotiate a lower price than listed at Dan.

Most domainers need dan to accept the payment plus the buyer is looking for a secure transaction so in most cases I would think the sale would be completed on dan.

That said, it probably does break the rules because that is a comment section to upload a logo and short description for the domain.

Somebody from Godaddy will see this and stop it soon enough, I predict that field will be eliminated.
