All I can say is - very well done, they made the best of the fact that they did not own the direct .com yet the brand looks phenomenal (y)

Canadian Red

Why are they not using a .ca?

It's a Dutch company with a Canadian Brand.

Read the about page, quite interesting
About us – Canadian Red

Your next question would be...

What about a blueberry is that coming next?

http://canadian-blue.com

Yes it forwards to Canadian-Red.com so you know it's next.

The investment is cheap enough for the Blue version so why did they not brand without the dash?

Because I own CanadianRed.com and the 7.5k for that and the 4k from Huge Domain was too expensive for them.

It's still an excellent brand regardless of the dash, I think they did a great job and I cannot wait to see the blueberry version.
