Catchdrop/registerdomain (1.Viewing)

Spencer

We are advanced users, I can assure you rlm knows how to unlock. It is well hidden at registerdomain, I remember struggling with it and had a topic here, I will search for it when i am back in office.

I think the bigger question for rlm is can it he unlocked when you have a registrar that is non communicative.

It's problematic when new reps (CIRA & WHC) replace seasoned reps. It's a sign of things to come, unless the new reps get more involved and understand we're seasoned domainers who own hundreds if not thousands of domains.

CatchDrop @CatchDrop , Spencer @Spencer or anyone else, how do you get a domain unlocked? I can't find a way to do it on my own so I put a support ticket in this morning and still no answer...

If you haven't figured out it yet:

1) Go to My Domains
2) Click the Checkbox on a domain or domains
3) At the bottom there will be a menu with "Registrar Lock Status" on it.
4) Click that link and Disable Registrar Lock (unfortunately there is no visual status update but it works).

Well that's kinda dumb. But thank you for the assistance.

So the options don't show until AFTER you've selected a domain, making it impossible to find. Of course don't put that link anywhere actually intuitive!
