SUPPORT CatchDrop - TBR Support Topic (1.Viewing)

Am with a client now but I tried it on two computers, I will check the network when I get free this morning and report back.
Ok perfect, I also notified our tech team to verify and make sure there is no glitch. They are on it

I narrowed it down a bit

Using a windows laptop I was able to access it in both chrome and edge

Unfortunately I have only one windows laptop and use chrmebooks and chromebases throughout my businesses so it looks like at the moment this issue is only affecting my chrome computers.

Going to keep digging to see what else might be the issue

Thank you for the update, I will inform team that chrome is causing you an issue, I personally use chrome as well and have no issues currently

I just tried to process my payment at CD but I always get a "Something Went Wrong" error.

I tried paying my invoice yesterday and had the similar message, but thought it was an issue with my poor connection at that moment. (Was inside a gym where the signal strength was poor)

I tried again now and had the same message. Hope they will fix this soon.

Was not aware that the payment processing had an issue, nobody opened a ticket about it.
Will have tech support look into it immediately

Looks like we are still getting the same message.
Payment issue was resolved about 1 hour ago, and many carts have been processed, you cart has been processed and domains have been transferred a while ago. Same for DomainRecap. Please let us know if

We were not able to update here as it seems DN.ca was crashing and not loading as usual.

Hmm

We have had no outages, our cloud servers are all functioning.

Anyone else having issues with dn.ca?

"Not loading as usual" .... That's the first I hear of that.

Earlier in the week DN was not loading and unresponsive (I assumed you were upgrading or something), but I haven't experienced any issues over the last few days.

I ran a major upgrade earlier this week that did affect performance but other than that everything flies. We have redundant servers and I just tried windows as well (I use a chromebook) and it all works fine.

I will separate this from the Catchdrop support topic once resolved but it appears on the CatchDrop computer a script is hanging and he is getting an unresponsive tab not a crash per say.

That can be an extension causing that, I will keep digging to see what I can find
