I had a retail operation about 10 years back....

Thre girls came in with big bags, one asked me a question and kept turning away trying to lead me not to look at the others. I obliged knowing exactly what was happening. Slowly I inched to the door and as the girls left I said they can leave the bags or wait for the police. The crying the tears, the poor me story but I would not let them leave and the bags stayed.

They parked at the end of the parking lot and I got the trucks license number and prosecuted them to the full extent of the law. It also helped that I had video and these girls were all in their late 20's. Had probably a dozen similar type of situations in 10 years and eventually decided retail was for the pits. I moved online and never looked back.
