The problems with most market places is they will not provide customer details so you really have no way of knowing if the end user is bull shitting you with a statement like "my buddies call me big maple" or if this is an actual company trying to procure a domain name.
It is not uncommon for me to take the negotiation off platform to determine who I am dealing with.
