Dan.com Holding Up "Lease To Own" Payouts (1.Viewing)

This morning, I received notification that a $500+ payment was received by Dan.com on a Lease to Own deal that began one month ago. I was encouraged to see a second payment made by the buyer since this is sometimes a fall-off point. Today is July 28th. In the payout notification in my Dan.com dashboard, it says the payment will be sent to me on August 7th. Prior to this change, the payout would have been “released within 1 business day.”

GD gets to collect interest on your money for 7 extra days
If they’re doing this across the board it will be a nice chunk of change for them.

Every company is doing everything they can to extend cash flows and it's only going to get worse.

I hate to say it but Dan officially... stinks...

Google Analytics integration is also useless now. I heard that's because they now force a giant cookie pop-up for any domain you visit, which people generally decline, therefore not recording their visit? Not sure if that's true or not but it barely records any visits now, and the new GA4 doesn't help.

Plus im rather certain these pop-ups are only required in Europe but they seem to have applied this policy world-wide, regardless of the domain extension or from where the visitor is located.

Quite disappointed with Dan so today I started moving some domains to Bodis.com.
