@Helmuts acquired DNForum a little while ago (April 27th, 2023) and he's been steadily working to return it to his former glory.


Here are some of Helmuts own words

A little about me:

• Founder of HostMaria: started as 20i reseller, signed-up over 10k new users over 2 years, and now offering dedicated servers for custom needs, and planning to become an accredited channel partner of Nominet, Afnic, Denic, DNS Belgium, nic.lv and others.
• Founder of the London Domain Summit: a B2B convention that brings domain business owners/executives, investors, and experts together to discuss business, the latest trends and opportunities in the domain industry.
• Launched layer 1 cryptocurrency $Maria Coin (PivX fork): Took me 4 years to get ready to launch it.
• Recently, I became the proud owner of DNForum and Acorn Domains: Two significant forums in the domain industry that have stood the test of time.

The reason I am posting this information again is I want to create an official DNForum.com topic where we can discuss whats going on at DNForum.

Here we can discuss the good, the bad, the ugly.... and even the great new innovations that Helmuts has put into place.

I make it a policy to be a member at most of the domaining forums listed on our "Domain Forum Friends" on the front page of all the participating forums.


One of my routines is to go around and catch up on industry news, as it happens in other countries, because sometimes that can be an indicator of what is coming in ours.

I have chatted and interacted with Helmuts a number of times and each time it has been a pleasant experience, and I can honestly say it is the first time in a long time that I feel at home when visiting DNForum.com.

So a big shoutout from Canada and here is hoping Helmuts keps up the good work.


PS. There are also rumours that Helmuts has opened up a French domaining forum
