What would you pay for NORTERA/CA? What would you sell it for?

what is the meaning of the name? when I do a google search I see Norterra

'terra' is a common term I've seen in company names, not so much tera with one r.

Nortera doesn't seem to be a word in any language. It's also not a purposeful misspell on a common word as a brandable. Unless you were targeting the former Nortera Inc company, I don't see any value.
