What do both of these extensions have in common?
They both imply a service before the name of a business.

How did the mobile/mobility work out when mobility became everything?
So FranksBurgs.mobi implied you could use your mobile device to order right?... Possibly?
Maybe FranksBurgs.ai means you can create the perfect burger using AI, right?
All these idiotic .ai names will fall by the way side, only a chosen few will have staying power, look to active .mobi sites for a clue. Yes .AI is many times bigger but everything will be AI soon. The term will eventually be as obsolete as Telephone Booth. AI will be built into every device, who on the planet will continue the term?
Will you say to your phone "search for" or will you say "Search AI for" ? THe AI part is very temporary and I strongly urge any newer member consider very carefully before spending a lot on a name.ai in the aftermarket for the sake of hanging on to it. The shelf life is limited.
I warned the same with Bored Apes, NFT's, .meta, .VR and all the others that had a very limited shelf life. Each time people ridiculed and said it was the next big thing.
THE only domains with staying power are .com & .cctld for actual end users.
In Summary... when everyone is using AI and someone says AI your response will be AI what?
Who says restaurant.phonebook? You go to the phone book to look up a restaurant and nobody mentions the phone book.
Get it yet? By the way, where are Phone Books nowadays?

In my Godaddy domain panel where I still have a few domains registered, they actually stick a line under one of my domains that's like an ad, basically saying 'get the matching domain in .ai, first year only $44' and then in the small text it says for 'two year registration', second year is probably at the regular price, lol.
