Pretty much.

The entire premise that one moron panelist can turn over an asset worth potentially 6 or 7 figures, without even doing any real due diligence, is highly troubling. Additionally, these type of claims belong in an actual court not in front of a UDRP panelist.

Also, the lack of response should not be automatically used against someone.

Some people might miss an email, be on vacation, in the hospital, dead, etc.
