I have a number of my domains at GoDaddy and I have my own rep Greg Fombelle with a direct line to his desk.

If I ever get any service issues I call him and he does all the heavy lifting for me. I have to say over the years Greg has been extremely helpful and although I keep reading where some members have had issues with godaddy I have not experienced this. Anytime I have an issue Greg is there for me and he even calls me once in a while to ask me if there is anything else he can do for me.

He called again today and we chatted, super nice guy, totally on top of the domaining industry, he has the experience to help when needed.

In fact I would say for me @FM from WHC and Greg from GoDaddy have been the two most responsive service reps I have ever had.

I don't have to say much more about FM because you all know our local super star but I did have to shine some love on my GoDaddy rep.

PS. The main reason I have the domains I do at godaddy are the bulk tools, they are by far the best and the fact that having the domains at godaddy works best for auction domains because you don't have to verify them and everything just links.

Feedback is welcome...

I had a Godaddy rep once then moved many domains to Uniregistry, then lost him. Now that GD has bought Uni, over the past year I've been transferring domains back to GD to take advantage of the lower transfer fee, plus they will end up there anyway is what I've read.

So I'll see if I have enough domains there to get a rep again.

Also, I had really built up my domain portfolio at GD during that year when Chinese numerics and short LLL, LLLL domains went crazy in price. I was registering tons of NNNN.co NNNNN.co NNNN.ws NNNNN.ws, and other extensions and flipping many for a great profit over those months. Still got left with a lot and most I dropped when the fad died, except for a few good NNNN.co and NNNNN.co I've held.

Back then there were frequent unlimited registration deals for around $1.00 on each .co and .ws, something cheap like that.

My GoDaddy Premier Services rep is amazing, always willing to go the extra mile to help with situations that need help, and I also get great service from multiple contacts I know at GoDaddy. GoDaddy is not perfect, no registrar is, but I like the service they provide.
